1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
Customers can cancel their booking as per the following guidelines:

| No Show (Customer does not show up within 30 minutes of pickup time) | No Refund |
- Advance Payments made for confirmed bookings are refundable as per the above cancellation timeframes.
- Cancellations must be made through our website, phone, or email.
1.2 Cancellation by GK Tour And Travels
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
- Vehicle breakdown
- Driver unavailability
- Weather conditions or roadblocks
- Safety concerns
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the ride.
2. Refund Processing Time
- If eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Refunds do not apply to:
