1. General Terms

  • GK Tour And Travels provides taxi services for local and outstation travel.
  • By booking a ride, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

2.1 Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via www.gktravels.com, phone, or email.
  • A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or call.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellations if done 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time for local rides.
  • Outstation and airport rides require at least 12 hours’ notice for free cancellation.
  • Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee, depending on the type of booking.

2.3 No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be canceled, and a no-show fee may apply.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Fare estimates provided during booking are approximate and may vary based on traffic, tolls, or route changes.
  • Payments can be made via cash, online payment, or UPI.
  • For corporate or long-distance trips, an advance payment may be required.
  • If tolls, parking, or state taxes apply, they will be paid by the customer unless included in a pre-paid package.

4. Responsibilities of Users

By using our services, you agree:

✅ To treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
✅ To comply with traffic rules and safety instructions.
✅ To ensure minors travel with an adult.
✅ Not to engage in illegal or harmful activities inside the taxi.

Failure to comply may result in service refusal or legal action if necessary.

5. Responsibilities of GK Tour And Travels

We are committed to:
✅ Providing safe, reliable, and well-maintained taxis.
✅ Ensuring our drivers are licensed, trained, and professional.
✅ Offering customer support for booking issues or disputes.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Loss of valuables left in the taxi.
  • Customer’s actions violating local laws.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for valid cancellations and as per our cancellation policy.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If a refund request is denied, the customer may escalate the issue to gktour0315@gmail.com.

7. Driver & Vehicle Policy

  • We assign drivers based on availability and cannot guarantee a specific driver for your ride.
  • In case of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange a replacement or offer a refund if an alternative is unavailable.
  • GK Tour And Travels reserves the right to change the assigned vehicle based on operational needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

GK Tour And Travels is not responsible for:

❌ Personal losses, injuries, or accidents occurring during the ride (except in cases of negligence).
❌ Misuse of our services by any third party.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes, protests, or lockdowns
  • Internet or technical failures

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Agra.
